This is a brand new bulb that I got for a computer desk lamp and now can't use it since the lamp itself gave out! "Always buy a spare" hubby says. I did and now don't have the lamp to go with it. I paid at least twice more than what I'm putting it up for, so, it's a pretty good buy if it fits a lamp you may have. Vision-Max 18 watt, 120V, 18W, 6400K, 4 prongs on the bottom, still in package.
